ArtiGras 2015

This was a super successful year for us at the art show. Last year was the first year that FanAddict Frames was a title sponsor and official framer for ArtiGras.

Our booth this year was markedly better looking. With the help of Pinterest, we thought it'd be cool to make the walls out of pallets. I think the outcome was awesome.

The Biggest Frame - to date

Every so often someone will ask me what the largest frame I've worked on is. That's an easy answer...

At ArtiGras last year, I met a man who was in the market for a framer. (yay) he was working on a tapestry for the JCC Mandel in Palm Beach Gardens. I was instantly intrigued. He told me it was a big tapestry.

I love a good challenge.

Youth Art Framed

Last year we had the honor of being the Official Framer for ArtiGras, a local art show. We are again and since we are gearing up to frame this year's Youth Art Contest winners, we thought it'd be fun to show you some of our favorite frames from last year's show.

We are a LEO family (Law Enforcement Officer). And we are so grateful to all of those men and women who serve in such a manner. It is our honor to frame things for LEO families and some local Police Departments.

It's that time of year again. Loads of people are walking proudly across the stage to get that piece of paper that says you know something. And you want to display said piece of paper. What a better way than with a custom frame!

Framing Newspapers

The biggest problem with newspapers is that they are printed on the WORST paper. It's wildly acidic paper. That's where that yellowing comes from. Short of museum-archiving your clipping in a temperature, UV and Ph controlled space, your newspaper will yellow over time. There are steps that can be taken to slow down this process and protect your valued articles. But, you should be prepared for sticker-shock. This stuff doesn't come cheap.
